SaltLife Academy is the official training partner for the Indian Lifesaving Sports Federation, to provide training and certify candidates in all ILS Lifesaving Courses.

Course Overview:

Objective: To train participants to internationally recognized standards for pool lifeguarding, enabling them to supervise and maintain safety in swimming pool environments.

Certification Awarded: ILS Pool Lifeguard Certificate (valid for 2 years).

Eligibility:
- Minimum age: 16 years.
- Ability to swim 100 meters continuously.
- Basic fitness
Course Content:
- Lifeguarding Skills
- Water rescue techniques.
- Supervision and scanning strategies.
- Communication and teamwork in emergencies.
- CPR and First Aid Training
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants.
- First aid for poolside incidents.
- Managing spinal injuries in the water.
- Emergency Management
- Risk assessment and prevention.
- Evacuation protocols for pool emergencies.
- Incident reporting and documentation.
- Practical Scenarios
